The below document contains the application deadlines for respective interview rounds for 2018 & 2019.

In case of any changes you are advised to check this document regularly as you prepare to submit for a deadline.

Most modalities will published rounds for interviews. Interviews are now normally in three sessions per year.  Approximate months have been given for each modality/sub-modality as indicated.

Audiology, Embryology, H&I
Biochemistry, Immunology, Microbiology, Cytogenetics, Molecular Genetics
Medical Physics & Clinical Engineering

Respiratory Physiology, Neurophysiology, Ophthalmic & Vision Science as well as Haematology, Blood Transfusion, Cellular Science and Developing Sciences will be dealt with ad hoc on an individual case basis.

You are strongly advised not to delay submission until the deadline.

You may also note that assessments may still take place at any time since we cannot be completely certain of the required assessors' availability until closer to each session. On occasion we establish ad hoc assessment sessions to cover the number of applications received and/or to increase our chances of gaining a suitable pool of assessors for a session.

Should there be any queries over your application or anything missing, this must be resolved before your submission can be progressed. Therefore you should not only check your application is accurate and complete but still allow enough time for postal delays and any problems identified by the ACS Office which could lead to you missing that round of interviews.
